Weird and bad condx here at my qth tonight. Flutter and warbling was so bad had
hard time copying on even strong signals.  John W8FJ was VERY loud here on 40
but had hard time copying when he called in because flutter was so bad.  Sorry
John. It made it hard to distinguish some numbers, seemed like 6 and 7 and 8 all
sounded the same! Sorry to all.
