Comments:

Condx varied oonsiderably on all bands. Signal strengths muted well below normal
for much of the weekend with declining solar indexes. Started to normalize by
Sunday midday. Low bands sucked as expected. Activity rather light compared to
recent years. The Russian contest pulled away participation. Ran out of folks to
work so ended early.
