Comments:

I was on only on Saturday, but thought turnout was rather low for a state that
is usually among the most worked states in various contests.

I suspect it's matter of being up against some DX and RTTY contests, and being
spread out over much too long of a time, rather than condensing activity into a
shorter time. 10-12 hours would make much more sense.
