Comments:

One of the slowest CWTs in months. This was largely  due to the CY0 pileup
taking up 25 kHz., but also limited activity on 10m and high absorption on 20m. 
Mostly S&P on 20.  Had a few on 20 CQ in my face.  

Thanks to Ken and the RO crew for keeping the home fires burning, despite
torrential rains, wind, and what-not.
