Comments:

Got bummed out...three times I was sending my exchange to a station answering my
CQ. Three times the station to whom I sent my exchange got wiped out by another
station dropping in his callsign in twice. In one instance, the station to whom
I sent my exchange resent his exchange only to be covered up again by yet
ANOTHER station sending his call twice. In two other instances, both stations
who answered my CQ and to whom I sent my exchange,I guess on hearing another
station sending his call twice, just bailed out. 
Jimi said it best....there's too much confusion, I can't get no relief.
