Comments:

Solar X-ray background is weak (below B8), but 
Winter Anomaly helps for the higher MUF, with 
even 28 MHz open to USA. It was tough on 14 MHz 
with many Europeans doing long CQ-runs without 
response. The best activity was on 21 MHz.
