Comments:

If this sort of thing continues, I will not enter this contest in the future. 
The behavior of the OK/OL/OM stations makes this contest no fun for North
Americans.

OKs and OMs left the higher bands for 40m too early for North Americans to work
them.  It may have been good for them, but it limited the number of NA QSOs
possible.

OKs and OMs also left 80m and 40m too early.
