Comments:

I was busy working the PAQP. I only heard 2 stations on Sunday one of which was
a dupe while I was searching for PA on 20-10M. W0SD who was incredibly loud was
splattering pretty badly on 20 phone; it was a guest op who probably was not
used to the station.
