Comments:

I can almost pinpoint the time the flare (or whatever it was) hit Sunday morning
-- 1410Z.  Things were going along very smoothly, and then the rate dropped like
a brick.

However, after the doldrums we've been through during the solar minimum, I'm not
going to complain too much.
