Comments:

This was a big disappointment.  Conditions were retched.  Only 40M and 20M were
open to EU and not much to anywhere else.  Cycle 25 is proving to be a disaster
except for a few weeks in the Spring when 15M and 20M were red hot.

Where were the Russians.  Few and far between.  Other Europeans were scarce.  

Too many RTTY ops repeat everything numerous times whether the repeats are
needed or not.  Rates are really suffering.  About 10% of all RTTY ops wait
until the contest starts to find out anything about the rules.  I have been on
RTTY since 1963.
