Conditions were very good, I actually got into Europe on 10 Meters for 8 Qs. My
score was about 50% higher than last year with almost exactly the same op time.

I had no outstanding QSOs, all were the normal Qs you make in a contest. But I
still am amazed when CR3DX or CR3W come back to me on 40 Meters when all I have
is a trap dipole that is only 30 feet high in the center and lower at each end.
Those guys can really hear!!

DXCC in this contest was a modest 48 and WAZ was a very modest 22. 

I actually lost a lot of prime op time on Saturday watching each of my grandsons
playing soccer. ...I must be losing my sense of values as I get older!
