Comments:

Started out on 15. I was the only blip on the panadaptor screen. Then I started
getting callers answering my CQ's. A few of them seemed to work me then move off
and I would see their blips appear on the screen. But, there just weren't enough
ops checking to see if 15 was open and after 9 QSOs (8 minutes), I dropped to
20. I checked 40 a couple of times and never heard as much as a peep. 
Note for all: check the higher band(s) for activity before settling down on 20.
