FCC Regulations - Part 97 - Paragraph 97.313 - Power Standards

No station may transmit with a transmitter power exceeding 200 watts
P.E.P. in the 10.10 - 10.15 mhz. band. It also includes the Novice 
Banda in the 80 - 40 - 15 meter bands.

250 watts is not specified as previously stated by Rich Measures.
