Hi Folks.
SM2EKM have already said, this reflector has participants from many
countries. Don't try to implement the US regulations on everyone.
Have some understanding that not only US Hams are interested in this
reflector.
If someone asks about QRO ( I dont care for how many kilowatts) see it
as
a pure technical issue.
