[AMPS] Band Switch Heath SB-1000

I have a bad (burned) band switch on my Heath Kit SB-1000.  I think it is
the same part as the Ameritron AL-80A.  Actually only the back gang is
bad.  Any suggestions where I can get a replacement gang or complete
switch.
