[AMPS] interface relay ic756&SB200

I am trying to help a ham hook up his NEW  IC756 to a Heath Kit SB200. 
The radio store told him he needs an interface box and quoted two weeks
to build.  Can anyone point me to a schematic for a correct interface
relay system.  The IC756 grounds it's connection when keyed.
