Belden makes high quality silicon rubber insulated, 7mm, stranded copper 
ignition wire that is sold at auto supply stores.

I would give the Millen HV connectors the match test since some ot them 
are made from phenolic -- which is a hygroscopic material.  Real HV 
connectors would be better.  Carl suggested:  Alden Products in Brocton,
