Not acording to the Heath parts list.  #27ga. wire in a 100mA choke?  I 
don't think so.

Collins Radio used a grid to ground resistor in their grounded-grid 
amplifier.  
- Which requires less current to blow: #27 ga. copper wire ... or a 30 
ohm 1/2w carbon film resistor?
