[AMPS] Two tone combiner

If anyone is going to build and use a combiner, of any type, be 
sure to test the transmitter ports for crosstalk before firing up.

You want to be sure the combiner is constructed and terminated 
correctly so the TX ports are properly isolated. 

Also, be sure to lock both radios in the TX mode before turning up 
the power after checking isolation. Never leave one radio on receive 
while transmitting on the other, even if you do have good 
isolation.
