Hello all,just a short msg,to mention a new HF amp manufactured in OZ, by
Rudi Breznik (VK2AOT) of EMTRONICS, The AMp is called the EMTRON DX-2.
a single 4cx1600b grid driven Tetrode,
it has a host of safety functions and protection.
a Soft Start Inrush 3 sec ramp function
Moving LEd display for Pout,Prev,Ep,Ip,Ig2,Fault,Ready,High SWR,Overdrive,Tx on,
Fault protection for,Ig,Ig2,Temp,Swr,Overdrive,
Temp controlled 2 speed Turbine Blower(78CFM)
QSK using Jennings Vacum Relay.
ABS Circuitry,AALC,
all in all a very robust package at a very attractive price.
470x440x200 desktop,and weigths in at about 45kgs,
