I have been collecting parts to use on home brew matching networks and a
couple of amps. The matching networks are for HF and going to be based
on some 35-1500 pf 15KV VVC and a couple of flat wound 11 mH roller
inductors I found at the local surplus store. The current Amp projects
are: 2 4CX250s on 440 MHz; the others are a pair of 4CX1500 on HF: one
at 160 and 80, the other 40 thru 10. Have new tubes and sockets and some
pieces. Still searching for others like chimmneys for the 4CX1500s. Just
starting to do the PS design and component selection. Do have access to
a fair sheet metal shop.

I have several requests of this illustrious forum. I do hope they are
not in an FAQ that I have failed to read.

1. I am interested in finding suppliers for a quantity of multi-turns
counters. Need something of good quality as the VVCs have a lot of drag.

2. I am looking for design tips on screen/plate power supply
interlocking to protect the tubes.

3. I am looking for a good supplier of solid state HV rectifier diodes.

4. I would also be interested in opinions on various transformer and
inductor suppliers so know who to contact. I am sure there are some
little known ones out there.

Please reply via Email or Reflector as you feel appropriate. I will
summarize if any interest.
