[AMPS] re: Radio Relay

I have had the amp relays fail in both the IC765 and IC781 when
driving various amplifiers. The fix I used is simple and
effective. I put a 47 ohm resister in series and a
diode (IN4004), .001 1KV disc capacitor combination to ground.  
 
I have yet to loose an amp relay since I installed this 
modification. 
 
The last time I purchased a replacement amp relay for the 
IC781 it was $35.00.
