[AMPS] Question Regarding 572B Tubes

A friend is looking for some 572-B tubes for his amplifier.

After looking through CQ Mag, QST, and searching Internet I found a
handful of suppliers who sold 572-B's made by Svetlana and an
unnamed company in China.   The price of tube from China was about
half the price listed for the same tube from Svetlana.

Q.  Are these the only two companies who make 572-B tubes?

Q.  Why does the tube from Svetlana cost so much more....is it 
    significantly better or are there some specification differences?
