Thanks to all who helped me get a copy of the original article.
Charley in particular. Steve at DEM mailed me a complete set as 
well. It turns out he stocks various parts (ie: plate/grid lines etc.) 

Is the VHF DX book a RSGB publication ? I didn;t see it listed in the
Dec QST book listing.
