[AMPS] How long to 'cook' tubes

In the technical specification sheets for the 3-500Z, neither Eimac nor 
Amperex provide no such advice.  I test old tubes first with a high-pot. 
set for 8kV.   If there's a blue glow inside, the tube is gassy and it is 
virtually certain to damage an amplifier.
