[AMPS] RE:perfect amplifiers

Being cynical (who, me?) I wonder if we ought to worry too much about
very clean linears at HF (i.e. better than say -36dB rel. one tone of a
two tone signal), since we seem to be likely to drive them with pretty
dirty modern solid state exciters!!
