[AMPS] Heath SB-230

When a GG amp shows drifting output and grid current is this an
indication of damaged cathode or grid? By this I mean drifting downward.

Lets stick to the 8874, 3CX800, 8877 types for now and assume that all
other circuit elements are not at fault.
