[AMPS] Conjugate match

Rather than re-write a seven page paper again here, I'll e-mail 
anyone interested a copy of the paper on conjugate match coauthored 
by Belrose, Maxwell, and myself. It is scheduled to appear in 
Communications Quarterly next issue.

The article describes several experiments that prove conclusively a 
typical HFPA is conjugately matched when tuned to provide maximum 
efficiency.
