[AMPS] SB-220 Rating

Electronic Bias Switching is a wonderful mod to the SB-220.
It takes a substantial load off the power supply in cw and
ssb, and allows the entire amp to run cooler. The cw/ssb
switch can then be converted to a standy switch and the
HV hardwired to the higher position.
