It might be a good idea to provide a low L path between the grid terminal 
on the socket, the grid termination R and RF-ground.  The reason:   the 
tube has feedback C between the anode and the grid. A low Z path between 
the grid and RF-ground helps reduce the amount of VHF fed back to the 
grid.
