If the blue glow is restricted to the envelope, you might restore it by
Carls method. Even if the glow is between the electrodes, you might
still restore it by Carl's method. But I wouldn't place any bets on it -
no guarantees. Even if it clears up, I'd suggest getting some spares -
unless you want a failure on a Saturday night, when the store's shut,
and you're doing well in a contest. Or alternatively, when there's a new
country on, and he's just about to run 6s! Try and get another one - or
two.
