You  mean when THOUSANDS of amateurs exercise their
right to activate their radios for THEIR enjoyment and pleasure?

I assume you would prefer that  everyone   ELSE stay off
the air so YOU (and the people you talk to) can have an
EXCLUSIVE use of your favorite frequency.   

Or did I misinterpret the meaning of your message?
