I have yet understood why this is not a clear cut case of conspiracy to
violate the law.
These amps are not type accepted for Ham radio, are not type accepted for
commercial or military use, and if they were they could not be legally sold
to non-licensees.
What does a CBer need with a 100,000 watt amp that is 99,990 watts above
legal?
We are assuredly teaching anarchy when laws are not enforced.
They may be clever, but they are dancing at the edge of criminality like
the President ...
