I was concerned about that also but it seems more than adequate when I
tested at 1500W key down for 60 seconds. 
Altho not shown on the schematic there are series resistors in the fan
line to slow it down, typical of other Dentrons. Change the value or use
a relay keyed speed up in TX as in the MLA-2500 for more cooling
overhead.
