[AMPS] Plate chokes Value

What is a good starting value for a plate choke?
i have averaged the various chokes in the different handbooks for
different amps, 

60uh
110 by far the most popular
 of coarse i will dip and check for resonances, but my hands have been
crippled  trying to eliminate resonances, im aiming for all bands
including warc.
