Some small transmitter manufacturers use the 3CX3000A7 triode in
grounded-grid operation at 100 MHz for FM broadcast amplifiers, class B or
C.

QEI uses it up to 5 KW output, driven by a 500 watt solid state stage.

Energy-Onix uses it at 6KW, driven by 300 watt solid state

There are probably others, such as CCA.

No one uses it in grid-driven mode for VHF.
