[AMPS] Solid State 1kw amp

Hi Dave:

A while back I had a solid-state amp with a brand name of TransWorld.  I'm
not sure what it was rated at but I could get 1000 watts PEP out on 40
meters and 750 to 800 on 20.  Sorry I let it go.  It was a commercial unit
and the manufacturer is out in California somewhere.  It consisted of 4
internal modules of 2 MRF-150's (or similar) combined together at the
output.  I think a schematic of their amp might be something worth
eyeballing for your project.
