[AMPS] NCL-2000

Wondering what the amp is rated at, ie is it an L4-B/SB-220 power class amp?
I assume it is 2000 watts input power. I understand is runs a pair of 8122s.
Are these hard to find now?? Costly?? Will it "work" on the WARC bands
as-is?? Built well??
