[AMPS] HV BLOCK DIODE HELP

Hi I have 3 Int Rctifier HV diode blocks here model 67-6224 V10
They are supposed to be good for 10Kv at 5 amps 200A surge... how do I
test them ...??? My standard diode test unit doesn't show anything... I
want to put them in my 2Kv supply for my 4cx250 AMPS... any help any
other info on these they are 1" * 1" *5 1/2 * with 4 threaded holes ...
