You should be able to get a local supplier of paint to auto body repair
shops to mix up a small amount of matching paint. In the USA it is also
possible to have it injected into a spray can. Use an acrylic enamel
since it is highly chip resistant.
If the original lettering, etc  is OK you can use artists tape to cover
them; they are available in various diameters including VERY small.

I sell SB-200/220 cabinet paint and will soon have panel paint available.
Also will be supplying many other amplifier paints.
