Rudi & Jerry:

   Sorry for the misdirection.  Turns out that the amp has the following
label on the back:  "Emtron 3000DX, Frontier Engineering, Made in Japan".

   Sure would appreciate anyone on the list offering information about
Frontier Engineering.
