John, 
typical Net etiquette DOES NOT allow Attachments to lists...
Juno users cannot handle such.......other email clients cannot also 
and it CAN cause problems!!! The delete key DOESNT help in that 
situation...it CAN lock up a remote computer.
YOU are showing poor taste and lack of consideration to your fellow 
remailer user by sending attachments (fwding a msg is one thing, 
a file attachment is something else)...and the List manager DOES have 
the final say so...I BELIEVE that the VHF remailer has stated in the 
past that attachments were not permitted (I could be wrong but doubt 
it...I am a list manager for over 10 list....NONE of them allow 
attachments)
