[AMPS] SB-220 TUNE Cap Arcing

-  RE:  Adjusting R-sup:  The optimal ohms for R-sup is equal to the 
reactance in ohms of 
L-sup at the anode-resonance.  Ideally,  the VHF current divides in half.
