It's a good chance that it will oscillate at the working frequency as well
as/instead of at a parasitic frequency................Murphy rules, OK?

The worst device for parasitics I ever came across was a tunnel diode
oscillator - 5 different simultanieus parasitice between 10Hz and 4 GHz.
