Dick,
You can use it IF the delta primary is strapped externally on the
transformer.  The method I used on a plasma generator  made by Henry
required one primary winding be disconnected and the remaining two
connected in parallel.  DO NOTHING to the secondary three phase "Y"
bridge circuit.  Output voltage will be slightly less than in the
normal 3 phase configuration.
