[AMPS] ICE Filter Update

Well, I think so too.  Although, ICE admitted to my dealer that they have 
had some recent problems.  I think what the real problem is is that the 
series caps in the filter are silver micas.  These I believe are what are 
failing.  What they need to do is parallel up a couple of these so as to 
improve current handling capability.  I intend to write a letter to them 
telling them this.
