[AMPS] Band pass filter designs?

To save reinventing the wheel, can anyone point me in the direction of
existing designs for HF bandpass filters to go between rig and amplifier.

Presumably if the filters are built into one box, relay switching is
arranged to ground the inputs and outputs of unused filters so as to
minimise leakage.  What would be the typical performance of such a system?
