[AMPS] Mirage D1010 question

Hi Guys,

I have one small problem - very short break-in or "vox" (sorry, don't
know how to call it) in Mirage during transmition. Because I have not
manual could smbdy tell me what I need to do to have longer time?
I saw inside three variable resistors one from one side and pair from 
other. I think one of them must adjust "TX ON" time. Could smbdy
tell me which one??
