[AMPS] 17.2kHz Transmissions

I could use an oscillator into my krell audio amplifier into a long fence
and reply in CW...    Now I just need a receiver....

Any idea of the power level they'll be using at air time..?

The very last ( as far as I know ???) 17.2 kHz Alexandersson transmitter
in
the world will be on the air January 1st and 2nd 1999.  1200,1230 and
1300
January 1 and 0600 on the 2nd. UTC.
