[AMPS] SB-200 Bandswitch

Hello All,
Well, I bought an SB-200 that "just needed a little work" and found out why
I got such a good deal.  The bandswitch is toast.  I need the front and
middle wafers for an SB-200 bandswitch.

Can anyone help?
